We recommend that you carefully read the conditions and the privacy policy before using the site, since with its use you will be approving the indicated conditions. To purchase our products, you must be over 18 and have a valid credit or debit card. All orders are subject to stock availability. In the event of any cause of impossibility of supplying the ordered products, you will be duly informed by Emoh and refunded the amount of the payment that you may have made.

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation. The fulfillment of the aforementioned deadline may be changed by Emoh, particularly in the event of exceptional and unforeseen circumstances. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer as indicated at the time of purchase, if applicable. We reserve the right to refuse orders. The moment your order is accepted, we will inform you by email.

All prices shown include Value Added Tax (VAT) applied to the billing date. We seek to ensure that descriptions and prices that appear in the site are properly updated, however errors can occur. If an error occurs in the price of an order, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the following options: reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and have already paid for the products, you will be refunded in full (for more information on Return and Refund, please refer to the available information).

Emoh cannot be held responsible for any carrier delays or for reasons of force majeure that go beyond our domains. After the delivery of your order to the carrier, the risks of product loss are borne by the customer. If you received the order confirmation email, but your products did not arrive on time, we will do our best to help you. Please note that during exceptionally busy festive periods, you may have to wait a little longer for your order to arrive.

You can choose the following payment methods: MBWay, ATM, Paypal and Credit Card. We reinforce that the order will only be processed after the payment of the total value of the order, duly approved by the bank (products and shipping costs, if applicable). We cannot be responsible for changes in exchange or conversion rates that you may use with your country's currency. When requesting shipments outside the European Union, you may be subject to customs tariffs and other import taxes, which are charged as soon as the order reaches its destination. These charges and additional customs clearance costs will be borne by the customer. We recommend that you know your country's customs policies.

We guarantee deliveries within 1 to 3 days with express service and 4 to 5 days with standard service.
