Returns at Emoh are usually free and the return period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
In the event of misuse of the courier services as measured by the customer's number of returns or by the delivery location, Emoh reserves the right to warn the customer that the return operation may incur costs.
Items must be in the same condition in which you received them (unused, not washed, still with the inner and outer labels, without arrangements, with the respective purchase receipt and complete sets). The purchase document is essential for orders placed with a gift receipt so that the refund is not processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Returns must always be made in the same market where the purchase was made.
IMPORTANT: If you want to return items from multiple orders (or more than one order), it is essential that you request the collection for each of them and according to the number of boxes you want to return. EMOH is not responsible for the returns of items purchased in different orders and / or returned with the request to collect a different order.
How do I proceed to make a return or exchange?
If you want to make a return or exchange, must contact us. Enter your email, name, phone number. In the message we ask you to indicate:

- The order number on which you want to return or exchange;
- If the order has more than one item, which items do you want to return or exchange;
- The reason for the return or exchange;

Return from home
After checking all the details, we will send you a courier service to collect your box. At the time of collection, our courier will identify your order with a tag that allows us to track your return.
You can exchange a purchased item, within 14 days from the date of receipt and in the same market where you made the purchase. The exchange will be possible as long as it is an exchange for the same item (the same reference number), by color and / or size, is in perfect condition, the price has not changed and the store has the item in stock.
Damaged or defective product
If, in rare circumstances, you have received a damaged or defective item, you should immediately contact Emoh via our email (firstname.lastname@example.org) And, if possible, attach images that prove the problem.
Emoh reserves the right to refuse late returns if the parts are not in the same condition in which they were shipped and / or if they do not comply with our return conditions. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to process the order. The refund will be on the value of the item (s) returned. This return does not include shipping or transportation costs associated with the purchase. We will withhold the refund until we receive the goods and confirm the condition of the goods. The refund will be made within 14 working days after confirmation of the order status.
If your refund amount is incorrect, contact yourCustomer services and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Remember that Emoh reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the established period and those that contain clothing items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
