What payment methods do you accept?

You can choose the following payment methods: MBWay, ATM, Paypal and Credit Card.

Delivery times. Can I track the order status?

EMOH will monitor the ordering process from product selection to dispatch. This way you will be informed of the order request, order confirmation and shipping. In addition, we will provide the tracking number so you can track the status of your order to the destination you selected. For delivery we offer two services: - 1 to 3 days express service; - 4 to 5 days standard service.

I made the order request however I want to change / cancel the order. How should I do?

If you have not yet made the payment, we suggest that you ignore that order and place a new one, since we only consider the order valid after payment. If you have already made the payment, please contact us as soon as possible at contact us.

I have a Hotel / Accommodation and I would like to have Emoh in my space. It's possible?

Yes, we will be happy to collaborate in your business! Contact us for more information: submit your project and we will contact you to present our special proposals.
